迪斯尼验厂要注意哪些方面？

我应付过两次，制度相关文件你们应该没问题吧，他们重点在于：
1、员工的反馈意见；
2、员工考勤、加班情况。验厂前你们要对工人进行一定的“指导”，叫他们注意说话，当然也有工人为了自己的利益会不顾公司这边的要求的，这点自己看着办吧。考勤加班情况相对来说容易应付点。
